General Rules
- Please be
respectful to all members.Harassment ,blatant racism andmentioning harm towards children or animals willnot be tolerated. - Do
not advertiselinks ,other servers , orcommunities . - Do
not usealternate accounts at all. - Do
not spam chat in any way.Mic spam is defined as playingsounds ormusic for an extended period of time.Hobos areallowed to play music on their mic, given that it isnot loud orobnoxious . - Do
not attempt toevade punishments . - Do
not RDM .RDM (Random Death Match ) is the act where you kill someonewithout a valid roleplay reason. Youmay kill someone fordamaging you or usingviolent force (E.G. Kidnap attempt, Stun stick, etc.) . You maynot kill someone for shooting near you or threatening you. - Do
not abuse your job in any way.Job abuse is defined by switching to a job to perform a sole action, then switching off. Exploits of any kind will result in animmediate punishment depending on the severity.Anti AFKing is considered exploiting.Cheats of any kind will result in animmediate punishment .Auto Clickers ,E Spammers ,Flashlight Spammers , and any otherthird-party software is consideredcheating .- Do
not prop block orprop climb . - Do
not impersonatestaff orother users . - Do
not trap people in your base. If someone asks to be let out and you refuse, you may bepunished . - Do
not scam anyone forin-game money orreal life money . - You may
not sell your job position. (Someone can ask to buy it off you, but you )cannot actively say that you're selling it. - Do
not obscure your player withaccessories in any way at all. Entities that can be used to afk moneymust be kept inside yourbase .- Do
not spam smoke grenades. Insiding isnot allowed. Donot steal or start araid from the inside of a base, even if you snuck in.Staff have final say. If you have a problem with how your sit was handled, please make areport on thediscord and It will be looked into further.

Metagaming/NLR Rules
NLR (New Life Rule ) prohibits you from remembering anything that isinside your NLR area. This includes:players ,bases ,vehicles , andany other entities .NLR lasts 5 minutes.- Do
not return or interact with the RP situation involving yourNLR during its period. (E.G.returning to a raid after 5 minutes ) - You may
not metagame . Examples ofmetagaming would be:Adding players to your doors during an active raid to defend ,Telling a cop you are being raided after being killed , orAdding a law making all hobos KOS .

Purge Rules
ALL jobs may participate in thepurge .- Government/Police are
not allowed towarrant ,raid , orwant people during thepurge . NLR doesnot apply during thepurge .- You do
not have toadvert anything during the purge. - You are
not allowed topurge from yourbase . - The
purge doesnot mean you may break server rules.

Airdrop Rules
All jobs may enter and participate in airdrop zones.- Any player that is inside the
red circle isKOS . NLR applies to airdrops, you maynot go back to it once you've died.

NVJ's and RP Action Rules
NVJ stands fornon-violent job . These are jobs thatcannot raid ,mug ,steal ,kidnap ,capture /defend territories orcounter . The F4 menu designates whether a job is aNVJ ornot .RP Actions are automatically initiated based on certain actions.Keypad Cracking /Lockpicking will automatically advertraid .- If a
go-kart is lockpicked, acarjack will automatically be adverted. Kidnap Baton /Restraints will automatically advertkidnap .C4 will automatically advertterror .- To
counter RP Actions, type/counter . Youmust be at the beginning of a base entrance to start a counter a raid(before the first fading door) .Terror attacks are exempt from this, you donot have to advert to counter them. - To
assist RP Actions, type/assist in the area of the action that is happening. Being in a party or gang doesnot exempt you from this rule. - Once you have finished an
RP Action , youmust type/over to signal that the action is over. - Do
not use RP Actions to harass players. (E.G.Chain Mugging ,Chain Raiding ,Chain Kidnapping , andChain Countering ) - Do
not leave the server during anRP action against you. RDM jobs must still advert according to their job description.

Party Rules
- You
may defend a party member if youphysically witness them get injured. - You may
not defend a party member who wasinjured during anRP Action that they instigated. You must beassisting their RP action to defend them. - You may
not defend a party member who wasinjured during aterritory capture . - You
must be in a party to base with people.Base members must beco-owners on the property doors. (Government are exempt from this rule ) - Do
not harass or bait people with parties. This includeschain mugging ,chain raiding ,chain kidnapping , andchain countering .

Gang Rules
Party rules donot apply toGangs . If you wish to defend your friends youmust be in aparty .- You may
not defend aparty member if you are participating ingang captures ordefenses . (You may only defend/capture territories with other gang members ) - When a
territory is being captured, thecurrent flag holders areKOS to thecapturing players while in the same district . Opposing gang members are highlighted inred , and thecurrent district is shown in thetop right of theUI . - If the
territory capture iscanceled ,KOS for both parties isinvalidated unlessdamage has been dealt. - If the
territory has beenfully captured ,KOS for both parties isinvalidated unlessdamage has been dealt. - You may
not defend territories from inside or on top of abuilding orbase . - You may
not defend or capture territories as aNon-Violence Job .

Base/Building Rules
- You may have a
maximum of4 fading doors used to enter the base. Youmay haveone additional fading door forraidables with abutton only . - One-way engagements are
not allowed. Raiders must be able toeasily see you atall times if you can see them. - You
must be able to fit a total of4 players inbetween the fading doors in your entrance; 2 playersfront and back andside to side . - A
base entrance is defined as yourfirst fading door with a keypad to thelast fading door with a keypad . - You
may only haveone base entrance andexit in your base. - Any
keypad-controlled fading doors in yourbase must be created by the person whopurchased the doors. - Your
base entrance maynot consist ofno-collided props ortext screens . - Prop maze bases are
not allowed. Your basemust have aclear path and amaximum of3 turns . - Bases
must be connected to anown-able world door . - A raider
must only have tokeypad crack orlockpick each dooronce to get in. Shooting windows orpeeks must be aminimum size of a2 blocks tall andwide . (E.G.models/hunter/blocks/cube05x1x05.mdl ).Angled shooting windows/peeks arenot allowed.(E.G a shooting window above the entrance looking down at the raider) - You may
not build in or above thestreets ortunnels as any job.(The horse-racing building is an exception to this rule) Kill boxes arenot allowed at all.Kill boxes are a type of defense where a raider cannoteasily return fire. This includesangled shooting windows/peeks ,grenade chutes , andblind fires .- Any text screens for
KOS ,no-collide andbuilding must beeasy toread /see , you maynot obscure your text screen in any way. - All
fading doors must have afully visiblebutton orkeypad next to it ateye-level .Fading windows must be accessiblewithout jumping orcrouching . Fading doors /fading windows maynot be made up ofmultiple props.Megabasing isnot allowed. You maynot block off anymajor access points at all, and you maynot block offentire districts even if you or your party own all of the buildings.- You may
not own more thanone base. - Your base
must beeasily enterable anddistinguishable from the rest of the base.No pixel perfect bases. - You
may build on theroof of a building if you own theentire building. - If you are building something in the air, it
must have supports in some way. - You may
not buildcrouch tunnels orjump bases at all. - Any methods to
prevent raiders from getting theirdeployable keypad crackers back arenot allowed. - Your
fading windows anddoors must beeasily distinguishable from the baseand when opened and closed. (E.G.Windows and doors must be another color/material than your base and look clearly open when used ) - You may
not have fake or uselessbuttons andkeypads . - Your base may
not haveany party-specificfading doors /fading windows or owner-onlyfading doors /fading windows at all. - Raiders
must be able to see yourchest andhead through yourshooting windows . - You may
not have any defenses that require aspecific weapon to shoot /penetrate through . - Your base may
not have anyledges ordrops that causedamage at all. This doesnot apply to ladders that can beeasily climbed down. - You
must be in a party to base with people.Base members must beco-owners on the property doors. (Government are exempt from this rule ) - You may
not stand inno-collided props. Props that areno-collided must have anaccompanying text screen . KOS lines areallowed if they areclear andvisible with an accompanyingKOS sign.Only base members may enforce theKOS line.KOS is valid for3 seconds after exiting theKOS zone. Theonly allowedKOS reasons arePast Line orShooting at base . Youmust haveraidables /job entities to enforceKOS .Cinema Manager is excluded from this.- While you are building you may have a
building sign up exempting you from any RP Actions. You maynot have both aKOS andbuilding sign and you maynot have anyraidables /job entities . Youmay prop block your base while you are building. - You may
not havedisorientating ,blinding bases or bases that cause visibility issues. Cameras maynot be inside your base. You mayonly use them for watching theoutside of your base.

Raiding Rules
- You may
not raid a base with abuilding sign . - Raids may only last for
15 minutes . If you die during an active raid, you maynot return to your base until the raid is over. If thePD is being raided, Government Officials are exempt fromNLR . - You must wait
5 minutes before raiding a different base and10 minutes before raiding the same base. - During an active raid, all players
inside the base areKOS to the raiders and defenders. - You
must be at thebeginning of the base'sentrance to start a raid. - You may
not destroy yourraidables /job entities during an active raid. - If you are raiding for a
hit orbounty , you mayonly raid for thekill . You maynot destroy orsteal fromraidables /job entities at all during a hit/bounty raid. - You may
not use any explosives fordefending a base during a raid.

Mugging Rules
- You
must always/mug <amount> to initiate a mug. The maximum mug amount is$20,000 . - Mugs only last for
1 minute . You must wait at least10 seconds before killing the personunless the playerdamages you. - You may
not tell someone thatfree looking ormoving isKOS . - Make sure to type
/over when you have finished the mug. - You must wait
5 minutes before mugging a different person and10 minutes before mugging the same person.

Kidnapping Rules
- To initiate a kidnap use the
kidnapping baton on your victim. - Holding someone kidnapped may only last for
10 minutes . - The
maximum ransom for a kidnapped person is$500,000 . - You may
not tie people toprops or hang them around the map or get people stuck in theworld /props . - You must wait
15 minutes before kidnapping a different person and30 minutes before kidnapping the same person. - If you are kidnapped you
must follow the kidnapper instructions however, Youmay struggle even if they tell younot to.

Stealing Rules
- To steal something from a player, you must type
/advert steal . - You do
not have to advert steal if you are raiding the same person. - You
may kill a player if they are stealingyour items.

- You may warn players if they are bothering you or following you. To begin this type

must /warn 3 times with10 second intervals, after the third warning, youmay kill the person.

Go-Kart Rules
- Do
not abuse karts in any way. This includes:Using karts to get inside a base ,Using the remover tool to delete your kart when it is stolen. - You are
KOS if inside someone else's kart without permission. This includes the passenger seat. - To initiate a
carjack , lockpick the go-kart. Taking karts without lock-picking is considered stealing. Youmust type/advert steal if you donot need tolockpick the kart. - You must wait
15 minutes before carjacking a different person and30 minutes before carjacking the same person.

Government Rules
- You may
not make laws that are designed to massAOS people. Examples include:Jaywalking is AOS ,Not saying hello to the mayor is AOS . - You may
not make laws enforcing KOS. You maynot make laws that target specific players or jobs(E.G. Making terrorists AOS, giving someone immunity to laws, etc.) . - Police
must have avalid reason for awarrant . Invalid reasons would be:Printer sounds ,Mandatory Search , orPrinter Check . Youmust be able to physicallysee what you are warranting the person for. - Police
must have a valid reason for anarrest . Youmust physicallywitness illegal activity to arrest someone. Players who arewanted may bearrested orwarranted . - Do
not harass people with government jobs and donot use the system to target people.

Terror Rules
- Terror attacks may
only last5 minutes and may only occur in a single district. - You
are allowed to shoot out of yourgreen terror circle , if the person is in thesame district as you. - Do
not enterbuildings orsit on rooftops during your terror attack. - To begin a terror without
C4 type/terror . You donot have to work with otherterrorists during the attack. Youmust wait30 minutes in-between terror attacks.
