These are the reasons why I want to become a staff member for this server. I love the community on this server as they are kind people and respectable. One of my traits is my honesty because I don’t lie and I am not biased towards anyone in the server. Another one of my traits is my critical thinking so I can solve problems by seeing how they are dealt with or if it has been explained by a staff member or community member. Another trait of mine is collaboration so I work well with others and love to help others when I can. If there are cases where I have to do something individually I can still do it really well. I am really good at problem solving because I would hear both sides of the story, check logs, and I would figure the problem out. I am really reliable because I am on the server a lot and always willing to help everyone. I am dedicated to the staff team so I can help the staff team with their sits and problems in the server like RDM, RDA, metagaming, and cheating/rule breaking. I want to help the server out so it can get more players and become not only a full server but a full server with no minges. I am dedicated to this community because they deserve more stuff like different types of events, not just the same one over and over as they have been doing for a good bit now. I've applied a few times but after thinking with other people, I've decided to finally apply. The server has been doing okay recently but I have seen a recent drop in staff members due to inactivity and some other reasons. I do like to be honest, which is why I put my real age on the application. I believe that age should have nothing to do with this as long as you are a civilized human who actually has a mind capable of solving issues and problems. Which is something a staff member should hold. As a staff, I would not be here to create problems, I would be here to solve them. How long have you been on the server? : 400-500 hours. Do you have any past Garry's Mod staff experience?: I have been a mod on multiple RP servers, sticking with them during the shutdown. I have about a few years of experience. I also have staffed on a server called Sinful RP. However, due to a lack of players and a shutdown, I haven't staffed the server in a while. I have about a year of experience here. What times are you usually on?: I am in the Central Daylight Time Zone. I am usually free 3-10 on weekdays, except for fridays, which is any time 3-whenever.
