You do seem pretty chill, you have a lot of past experience, your application is alright, but I do wish for you to be more active. My advice for you is to get to know more people so they CAN have a opinion of you. Show yourself in the discord and just hang out!

Overall, I do think you should have a chance as TMod as long as you are more active and involved in the community.

Okay first of all, you seem to be problematic telling by the amount of sits that you were calling back and forth with another user, you also have a mingy history, and you have an inadequate reputation. Lastly, your application seems to be incomplete.

Notes:

My advice to you is to be more active and around in the discord. Try to be friendly with people and not minging and being problematic, that could go with bettering your reputation. Also I would put more effort into your application and your missing a part of it seems like.

Jmod, as of right now I believe that you are NOT a good fit for the staff team. I will admit you seem like a good person but I think it is way to early to consider your position as a staff member based on: your maturity, hours, and activity. I believe that I would be a good member of the staff team for Blue Networks in 3 ways:

First, I have a strong sense of responsibility and am reliable in completing tasks. As a staff member, it would be my duty to enforce the rules and RP
of the server and secure/make sure of that players are having a positive and enjoyable experience. I am confident that I could satisfy these responsibilities to the best of my ability and be a dependable member of the team.

Also, I have excellent communication skills and am able to effectively bring across information and handle very hard situations with skill (when dealing with people) and politeness and skill with people. Being able to effectively communicate with both players and fellow staff members is extremely important for maintaining a healthy and functioning community. I believe that my communication skills, combined with my ability to handle very hard situations, make me well-suited for a role on the Blue Networks staff team.

Finally, I am a dedicated and emotional (in a good way) user/member, and I have a deep appreciation for the role that staff members play in creating a positive and enjoyable experience. Xander, as of right now I believe they would make a fantastic addition to the staff team. Xander has past moderating experiences on different a community. Plus they're super affable, helpful, and supportive towards other users. Although, I believe Xander should put in more hours into the server and become more active in the community. Other than that Xander is a altruistic and a superb member of this community. Lastly, I would like to note your application is good, blunt, and very straight forward. Roger, as of right now you have popular opinion of being a trouble maker and I can recall you ARE indeed a trouble maker. Also I can recall you being a minge, a known rule breaker and an overall nuisance. Not to mention your application is not in popular favor considering the grammar is very abysmal. I recommend before you consider reapplying you should:

1. Better your reputation.

2. Not be a minge and a normal rule breaker.

3. Don't go around harassing people around the server. Instead try to make friends!

4. Prove to the community that you are mature enough for the position.

Lasty, here are some things that you should do differently in your next application:

1.  Revise and check for spelling errors.

2. Refrain from being overly personal.
