Why do you want to be part of the staff team? [Must be relevant to the question and be at least 1 paragraph long]:
     Ever since I was around 12 I wanted to be staff on the server, originally I joined to troll and massRDM but after seeing the server and it's glory I realized maybe it was different from the others.
Blue Networks has always been my favorite DarkRP server, the only things that stopped me from being very active was the fall off of the player, why that happened I will never know. I usually show up during holidays or the summer where I have the time, since high school isn't a very forgiving subject when it comes to having freetime, but I usually have some to spare.
Blue Networks was never bad to me. I never had a bad experience, and that must say something. I want to step up as an TMod to join not only my friends who are also staff, but to lighten the experience of new players and try to hook them in instead of getting onto them for every minor broken rule and flushing them out to some other pay to win shit server. 

How long have you been on the server? [Must have at least 12 hours in-game time]: 419 hours at the time of writing.

Do you have any past Garry's Mod staff experience?: I have, I was admin on a server called "Sinful RP" prior to it's shutdown, I was also a moderator on "ProtectionRP" Prior to it's like 5 shutdowns. Both servers were pretty good, though they harbored a toxic staff environment with people who'd get mad at you over everything. If you weren't a person who was a stuck-up brown-nose that would do anything for someone a higher rank than sticking up for yourself no matter your rank, you'd be kicked out. 

What times are you usually on? [Include timezone]: During summer, I can be on at anytime so long as i'm home and my computer and not doing anything important, which is not very much. During the months of August to May, I can usually be on around 4:00 to 10:30+, as I get home around 4:00 (if no sports or clubs are active that day). and I usually sleep around 10:30 as I don't want to be tired the next day for school, which is really shitty if I am.

Allow me to explain: 
From what I've seen from you for a very long time, you seem to like to hound people. When my group broke off from yours, you immediately became hostile and would raid me every time the cooldown was over.
You have wanted to "revive" the server using ideas from "CityRP servers" and other servers. Skilled builders and passionate people have built the map that has become BlueNetworks RP today, and why should we throw away a unique, optimized map for a sloppy cityrp map that's used by servers that have 30 GB worth of addons for anime skins and weapons that are pay-to-win?

I don't think you're fit for admin. I'll be honest. When I acted like you, I wasn't deemed fit either.

I've always wanted to be a part of the BN staff team. I've applied a few times but after thinking with other people, I've decided to finally apply. The server has been doing okay recently but I have seen a recent drop in staff members due to inactivity and some other reasons. I do like to be honest, which is why I put my real age on the application. I believe that age should have nothing to do with this as long as you are a civilized human who actually has a mind capable of solving issues and problems. Which is something a staff member should hold. As a staff, I would not be here to create problems, I would be here to solve them.

How long have you been on the server? : 400-500 hours.

Do you have any past Garry's Mod staff experience?: I have been a mod on multiple RP servers, sticking with them during the shutdown. I have about a few years of experience.

I also have staffed on a server called Sinful RP. However, due to a lack of players and a shutdown, I haven't staffed the server in a while. I have about a year of experience here.

What times are you usually on?: I am in the Central Daylight Time Zone. I am usually free 3-10 on weekdays, except for fridays, which is any time 3-whenever.

I was promoted in under 2 weeks, it was near shutdown when I was demoted for lies told about me and reasons I do not know. Which was over a month or two after I became staff in the first place.

Why should this appeal be accepted: Im a VIP+ and loyal to the server, hell it's the only darkrp server I've ever played. I would never try to hack on a server that housed my friends. Friends that are actually nice to me.

List any additional information here: People will try to keep me unbanned. The community doesn't like me because of my age. Please read this without them holding you back. I love this community and hope to get unbanned. (EDIT: I found out why. I and others were playing yesterday while the server was down. I thought I deleted the files but I didn't as my Anti-Virus software flagged it today. I quickly deleted and quarantined it. I know it sounds bad but I didn't even mean to have these open. I hope I didn't damage the server in any way and that I can get unbanned.)

(Must be relevant to the question and be 2 paragraphs minimum):      Ive been playing the server recently and I've come to realize that the admins have to answer sits ALL. THE. TIME. Honestly I think this would be tiring for them so another person would help them a bit. Also the admins are very chill and I think I would be a NOT GOOD but Okay addition to the moderator team.     I've also wanted to be a mod for a long time, not for the title but just for the community. This is my favorite DarkRP server. When I first joined I was just trolling but after that I realized this was a actual good server. Now I want to own up to my mistakes by becoming a admin and stopping people that made the same mistakes as me.

I find it ridiculous that people lie about things just because they don't like the person that makes the application. Also. You have yet to put a -1 or +1 yet. I want to be a part of the staff team because of the community. It's understandable that there are tons of toxic people and trolls on there to ruin the game. But I want to help stop that. And I want to help the good side of the community. I love the good side of the community because they are just fun to play with. I join the server most of the time because of the player base. And being able to help them would be a dream for me.

Also. I want to help people. And be closer to everyone. I know I'm just 1 person in a giant server with an average of a HUNDRED people a day. And I can never change that. But at least I'll be something better than an average user. Ill be someone who helps the people that they once were. In a conclusion. I want to be on the staff team to get closer to the community and to help the community at the same time.

Do you have a mic?: Yes I do. Usually I use my microphone half of the time and text the other half. ( I share a room with my brother so while he sleeps I cannot talk. But during the day I can talk all I want.

But I caused (some [2 frags threw into buildings]) Chaos at the start of my adventure. But after thinking about it all during my time Disabled I realized this server is one of the good ones and that I should join it. After a bit I realized I wanted to be a better part of the server. Instead of causing chaos like my past I will stop it in my future. In Conclusion. This is the reason I want to be part of the staff team.
