I would like to join the staff team because I'm passionate about helping our Garry's Mod DarkRP server thrive. Having been an Administrator on Blue Networks, I've gained valuable experience in managing a roleplay server, resolving conflicts, and engaging with the community. Additionally, I have over 8,000 hours in Garry's Mod and have owned and been staff on multiple DarkRP servers. This has given me a deep understanding of the game mechanics and the unique aspects of running a DarkRP server. I am skilled at handling administrative tasks efficiently, addressing user concerns with empathy, and enforcing policies that enhance gameplay. I understand the challenges of moderating a DarkRP server, such as dealing with griefing and balancing roleplay scenarios.
