It probably has to do with your client not loading LUA files because it seems like it's loading everything but that. Without your client doing so, the server doesn't register you as playing which in fact will disable your ability to move and all.

After some careful review, I've noticed that you've had constant warnings during the times you did play. I do not see any active punishments or warns for any ban evasions, but you should be unpunished already.

In terms of performance, thought GPU's do increase the FPS rate, the engine actually requires more from your CPU, but with 8 cores and 16 threads, it should work just fine. If you want something better for frame rate improvement, I would upgrade to atleast a 3050ti or 3060

+1, thought my first impressions were bad with this individual, after getting to actually play with the community and understand the server he's developed into a better person and hopefully has changed his ways/thoughts. One thing I can say is become more active in the discord.
