Why do you want to be part of the staff team? (Must be relevant to the question and be 2 paragraphs minimum): First of all, I always see how hard it is for all the Mods, Admins, Senior Admins, And the owner. Everyone just breaks the rules for no reason. I just thought the staff team could use some more help. I know i may have broken the rules alot. But i do not want to do that anymore. I just want to make the game better for everyone. It must be tough being Either a Moderator, Admin, Sr admin, But im willing to work through it if it means i could make Bluenetworks better. I really think i can make it a better place for the community, And for the people in the server.
If you had some bad interactions with me, I understand. Sometimes i take out my anger on people, But that was a point in my life where i was mad, Immature, And stuff like that. I promise if im Mod, I would Never. If you see me doing this, You can either tell an admin. I will try my best to deal with rule breakers, And just try to make them never break a rule, Just like how The owner A Blue Circle has done for me. I used to break alot of rules, But ive recently gotten banned for my warns. Blue gave me another chance. He unbanned me, And that gave me an idea. I should Never break a rule again so i can avoid being banned.

I would like to sincerly apologize If you have had bad interactions with me throughout the game. It was very Immature of me to take out my anger on people. I am so sorry for everyone i have humilated, or has made fun of. I swear on my life i would never do so again. I feel incredibly bad and guilty for all the people i have bullied/been rude too. I promise if i become staff, I would never break a rule, Or Do anything to humilate someone.

How long have you been on the server? (12 hours minimum in game time) [the more is better]: Yes, I have. Ive been playing bluenetworks for around 120 hours. I know i play alot, And im pretty sure thats good.

Any past experience?:Yes. There is this server named sleepynetworks which i have resigned from. I used to be a Moderator for them.

What times are you usually on?: 3:30 EST Throughout 10:20 EST

Do you understand and agree to the fact that if you are accepted you are going to have to put the server in front of your role-playing time?:Yes. I am willing to work through that if it means I could make bluenetworks better.

-1, too young and being a staff member you have to control your emotions. People will say some shit to you and you can’t let it get to you. Plus the sits are not about you. It’s about making sure whoever called it is helped and happy in the end. At times it might not work like that but you can’t be yell your head off at people.

-1 As someone who is quite familiar with biology (I'm getting a degree in that), I must say that 13 is extremely young for a staff member. The minimum age set, 15, is not picked out of random. Biologically, the brain (specifically the region which controls rational and higher-level thinking) is much more developed at 15 than 13. Critical thinking is keen to being a staff member and at the age of 13, that skill is just not strong enough. It can't be, the brain physically isn't to that level yet. Furthermore, your willingness to ignore a set prerequisite and put in an application anyway makes me even less inclined to give you a chance. If you can't follow simple instruction on the application, how can we expect you to follow staff guidelines as well?

 

I've also personally had to deal with you and I can't say the experience was a pleasure.

I recommend waiting a while to reapply. I do understand the age criteria is frustrating but just based on peoples’ opinion of you, on top of your age, its hard to support you. In the meantime try to better your reputation.
