Why do you want to be part of the staff team? (Must be relevant to the question and be 2 paragraphs minimum):I would like to be apart of the staff team because when i was on one night  i seen many massrdm and nrl breakers or people just disregarding the rules time to time and the community being upset and not being able to msg or ask for staff  since most have been afk for life reasons and of course my time schedule will change for life reasons but at my current situation im able to be on PST time 4 am or 5 am before i pass out and wake up 12 or 3 PST 

How long have you been on the server? (12 hours minimum in game time) [the more is better]:75 hours

Any past experience?:i have been staff in a few servers server manager in oblivion networks ww1 trench warfare and 4 horsemen darkrp server the trench warfare was the biggest one i ever ran and was staff on there is many videos of the server of course ill admit i was a kid 14 or 15 but  i have learned a lot from  it and how to handle situations 

What times are you usually on?: 12am afternoon  or 4am at night  PST 

Do you understand and agree to the fact that if you are accepted you are going to have to put the server in front of your role-playing time?:i agree

- Have not seen you on that much. Gain more hours on the server and discord. The more people that know you, the better. 
 

- Put more effort and thought into your application. Fix the grammar. 
 

 

Overall get more involved and familiarize yourself with the rules. So when your time comes you’ll already be a head of the game. Talk, talk, talk. Get your name out there in a good way and hop on discord every so often and just get to know the community. But best of luck and have a great day.

-1 Normally, I would a give an = for a candidate that I do not know or have an opinion of however, it appears that hardly any of my fellow staff members know you.  This is why I gave you a minus. How are any of the staff members supposed to formulate an opinion of you for staff if we don't know you?

no offence to anyone of you and I trust to answer this respectfully but ant it a good thing we haven't really met much   of course unless on discord but in game since most if not all staff are always in sits and I haven't been needing to be in sits for any rule breakers and kept to my self btc mining only at night only reason I applied since i know less staff are on at night.

Not being in many sits and not being known by staff are two different things. If you aren't in many sits, good. However, you should still make an effort to know the staff. Like I said, Discord is a great way to start. Alot of the staff are not always in sits and while I am not saying you should follow them around like a baby chicken does to its mother, I am saying it would be beneficial to get to know them. Honestly, I keep saying this but, Discord is the PREEMINENT way of communicating with staff. Not always, but a lot of times staff are busy doing stuff in the server. Discord allows for consistent communication when the staff are not busy. It also allows you to get more acquainted with the community as a whole. It seems from all these responses no one knows you and that, is not a good thing. If I'm being completely honest, joining the server just to sit in the corner and bitcoin mine while not interacting at all with anything is a red flag for me. As staff, you need to be able to provide adequate information regarding jobs and If you are only on one, you won't be able to do that. 

Long story short: GET MORE ACTIVE IN THE COMMUNITY

Sorry for the long paragraph, I try to be as thorough as possible when replying to people and I hope my answer has provided you a little insight into what is going through the heads of BN Team when they reply to your application.

DENIED We need our staff to be involved in the day to day and be active not only in the discord community, but also the server throughout the day. Maybe wait a while and re apply when you're more known, if you really want to staff.
