Why do you want to be part of the staff team? (Must be relevant to the question and be 2 paragraphs minimum): 
I would more than love the opportunity to become a moderator or admin because i think i would help put a great rep on this amazing server. But not only that i also would be great at dealing with situations. Because i like to hear what both or all people have to say i dont jusy assume or anything like that i would try my very best to be the best Staff i could and i would try my very best to deal with issues and try to resolve them. Here are some reasons why i would be a great staff member.

I am a very outgoing person im fun to be around i am very easy to talk to i love to talk with people and hang out. Not only that but i dont get mad easily or pissed off. I am a very calm and collected person and i am sure that people will have a fun time around me. I will often try to find a solution by using conversation and Explanation rather than using harsh tones or yelling. I love to give to people and not take (for example: i gave 7 people the best gun in the game today). And those are some of the reasons. Now i dont expect this to help my odds in any way i am just explaining what you would see from me if givin the chance to be a staff member.

unlike most players i see this server for more than what it shows. i see the perfectness of this amazing community and how well built it is and i would only love to add to it and help make it even better along side all of the amazing staff here. All im saying is that this server is perfect it is built amazingly and i cant wait to see what kind of future it has i can tell that this server is only going to get better from where its at right now. and i would more than love to be apart of that the whole way. My interactions with everyone so far have made me love how good of a community this is. This is everything i could say. i have Zero negative things to say about this server and everyone in it. Although the FailRp from time to time. But i would love to help people correct there wrong doing and make them a better player. With Nothing left to say. I would like to say thank you guys for reading this and taking the time out of your day to read all this It really means a lot to me and no matter the outcome i would love to help you guys in any way possible.

How long have you been on the server? (12 hours minimum in game time) [the more is better]: 1Day 12Hours 32Minutes

Any past experience?: Yes i have past experience (not just on Gmod) Servers: Ocean RolePlay, Cali Life RolePlay (Both are now not active anymore)

What times are you usually on?: Week Days: 4-9 Pm EST, Weekend Days 1Pm - 1Am   (Changes from time to time)

Do you understand and agree to the fact that if you are accepted you are going to have to put the server in front of your role-playing time?:

I’m not going to vote just yet, I would recommend you being more active on the server and discord and get to know the staff and community. I haven’t had an issue with you yet so stay out of trouble and continue to help others!

I've seen you on pretty often recently and I don't remember having to take any sits on you so far, but you need to prove you can find out how to get your Steam ID before anything

-1 It seems like you have a problem following the rules, as a staff member its about more then enforcing them its about abiding by them too and being a good role model.

As stated above, please work on your play time and your familiarity with the staff team. Also, minging as a staff member is frowned apon. As a staff team, we are here to assist to the players and provide a community for them to enjoy. And for all of these reasons... I have no choice but to deny you.
