Why do you want to be part of the staff team? (Must be relevant to the question and be 2 paragraphs minimum): 

A staff team that values productivity and efficiency would benefit from my capacity to provide correct and useful information quickly and effectively I can also display a large amount of professional aid to people in need, which is the reason I would like becoming a staff member in the first place! This position would also enable me to better serve and support people in the server. My ultimate goal is to be a helpful resource for anyone in need. 
It would also  give me some satisfaction to see some of these individuals punished if they can't roleplay and exhibit even a bit of humanity. I could assist others in the server from having these toxic individuals in the server, Thus delivering justice to people who can't follow the rules (such as RDM), I would love to in any way, shape, or form, assist the community to grow even more by giving a positive Image.

Any past experience?: Yes, I used to run a DarkRP server with my friend, Typically only getting around 12 members online, It was small but I have the experience of Moderating

What times are you usually on?: 4PM-1AM EST

Hi, you are missing your Username/IGN, I would recommend adding that since it is a part of the application. Other than that the app looks good, well said. I’m not to sure on who you are, as in I’ve never had a conversation with you. I would recommend getting on discord and also gaining more hours as this is being reviewed for the next few days. i have seen this guy on the server more often 

hes a nice guy and ive had great interactions with the guy, i think he would make a good staff member

just get more active in the discord and join us in the vc's and stay out of trouble

I have been working to improve these things, I spent a decent amount of time today rereading the rules so mistakes won't be made in the future.
