Why do you want to be part of the staff team? (Must be relevant to the question and be 2 paragraphs minimum):

I wanna be staff because I want experience on staffing a server, I don't really have much reason on why. I just want to be more in the server. I guess I have no reason, I just wanna be an admin. Maybe if you accept me I can try and show I'm worth it. I mean I guess that's all that matter's right? Determination, I'll try but hey, maybe that isn't enough for you guys and girls. 

It has to be 2 paragraphs minimum so I'll just explain here. I feel that I am determined because every server I try to make admin. The reasons being that I don't get accepted is stuff such as not having as much experience as others that try out for admin. I'm done making up some BS about me. So here I am throwing a pity party. I just want to try, If I don't do good you can take away my rank. But all I ask is for a chance.

How long have you been on the server? (12 hours minimum in game time) [the more is better]: 1D 5hr 5m

Any past experience?: Very little

What times are you usually on?: 2pm to 12am

Do you understand and agree to the fact that if you are accepted you are going to have to put the server in front of your role-playing time?:Yes, I understand and I am willing to give up my RP time.

You dont really have many hours on the server, or much experience. Youre also quite dramatic at the end there

I also havent seen you around at all to my knowledge. Perhaps get a bit more involved in the community

Having no experience is not a bad thing, it means you have no existing biases and might be more trainable than someone with tons of experience.  Unfortunately, your second paragraph killed any and all chances of a +1 from me. If you want anything in life, you must put more effort into it. Whining will get you nowhere.
