Why do you want to be part of the staff team? (Must be relevant to the question and be 2 paragraphs minimum):

As a passionate and dedicated member of the Blues Network community, I want to take on a more active role in helping to shape and grow the server. Being a staff member would allow me to contribute my skills and knowledge to help create an even better experience for all players. I am committed to upholding the rules, fostering a welcoming and inclusive community, and helping to mediate any issues or disputes that may arise.

Furthermore, I possess several qualities and skills that I believe would make me a valuable asset to the staff team. Firstly, I am an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, and I am comfortable interacting with people from diverse backgrounds. I am able to listen to others' perspectives and provide constructive feedback in a respectful and diplomatic manner. Secondly, I am a creative problem-solver who is not afraid to think outside the box to find solutions to complex issues. Lastly, I am a team player
who enjoys collaborating with others and is always willing to lend a helping hand.

One of the most important qualities I possess as a Blues Network member is my commitment to following all of the server's rules and guidelines without exception. I believe that the rules are in place to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all players, and I make it a priority to adhere to them at all times. This includes not breaking any of the rules and reporting any potential violations to the appropriate staff members.

As a staff member, I would be even more committed to upholding the rules and setting an example for other players to follow. I would ensure that all players are aware of the rules and understand the consequences of breaking them. Additionally, I would work with the other staff members to review and update the rules as needed to ensure they remain relevant and effective.

By demonstrating my commitment to following the rules, I hope to inspire other players to do the same and create a positive and respectful community for everyone.

Overall, I believe that my passion for the Blues Network community, combined with my qualities and skills, would make me a valuable addition to the staff team. I am excited about the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the server and to help create a positive and engaging experience for all players.

Any past experience?:
In addition to my leadership positions in school and work, I have also hosted several gaming communities in the past. Through these experiences, I have developed a strong understanding of what it takes to create and maintain a successful community, including the importance of communication, organization, and collaboration. Hosting these communities has also taught me valuable skills such as conflict resolution, event planning, and community management, which I believe would be assets in a staff position on Blues Network.

What times are you usually on?: 
I am usually on during the night on weekdays and all day on weekends. However, my schedule is flexible, and I can adjust my availability based on the needs of the community.

Do you understand and agree to the fact that if you are accepted you are going to have to put the server in front of your role-playing time?:
Yes, I understand and agree that if I am accepted as a staff member, the server's needs will take priority over my role-playing time. As a staff member, I would be committed to being available to help other players and to ensure that the server runs smoothly.
