Why do you want to be part of the staff team? (Must be relevant to the question and be 2 paragraphs minimum): 

First of all, I love the community of BlueNetworks. Yes, some people are toxic and some are racist but, this has created a new fun experience for me and many others. The staff team is great and handle situations very maturely. I would like to be a part of that to help grow and reduce the amount of problem makers as much as possible. I'm also fairly active on the server. Sometimes for prolonged hours. Yes, I love destroying my eyes but I have nothing else to do.

One of the most important things that I've noticed and learned from my experience is that, new or even existing players get very annoyed by rule breakers. This causes a huge problem among the players to the point where they don't enjoy playing on the server/servers anymore. Throughout my time on the server, I've encountered a lot of problems with these kinds of players and I know how frustrating it is to lose your progress for the entertainment of a single player. It's not fun and I know for a fact that it isn't fun for others either. This is the main reason why I would like to join the staff team. To help reduce the damage done by these mingy players so that others could enjoy and have their fun. 

How long have you been on the server? (12 hours minimum in game time) [the more is better]: 68+ hours

Any past experience?: I've been staff on 3 different servers before where I dedicated majority of my time taking care of tickets. It's been a long time since i was staff so I'm rusty. Here are the servers and ranks that I've obtained as staff;

IFN MRP - Elite Administrator

IFN DarkRP - Moderator

NRG DarkRP - Senior Administrator

What times are you usually on?: I'm usually on in the evenings. (18:00 - 23:00 GMT+3) or (14:00 - 19:00 EST)

Timings may vary depending on real life duties/priorities

Do you understand and agree to the fact that if you are accepted you are going to have to put the server in front of your role-playing time?: Yes, I do.

Thank you for your comment and feedback. Unfortunately, I am an introvert and I don't like joining VC's and even if I do, I usually stay muted which is not fun at all for the other participants of that voice channel.

I'm not sure where this is coming from? everybody seems to like your application and you are one of the most promising candidates currently. why do you think you're wasting our time?

I'll soon be travelling to apply for jobs across the country. Economy is shit just like it is everywhere. I don't think I'll have enough time to hop on the server and fulfill my duties as staff. I'd rather be active a few hours a day and help the server out rather than get accepted and not be able to hop on during required times.
