Why do you want to be part of the staff team? (Must be relevant to the question and be 2 paragraphs minimum): I've thought about how to go about writing these paragraphs for a little bit now. i submitted my first app with no real direction or effort, but this one is gonna be a little different. 

i want to be a staff member because i want be part of a community. Not only become a member of the community but help it grow and thrive. Being a staff member not only makes you rise to become a part of a bigger machine but helps you develop life skills and customer service skills. I have life experience anywhere from being a crew member at a McDonalds, to being a welder at a well drilling contractor. Through my years of work experience ive learned how you can really help someone. I've also developed a work ethic that i think would benefit me here in this server. 

im able to be dedicated and loyal to the server and able to help with anything that is needed to be done in order to make this server a better place for people to have fun and enjoy themselves .  

 

How long have you been on the server? (12 hours minimum in game time) [the more is better]: approximately 132 hours

Any past experience?: not much on gmod 

What times are you usually on?: nights

I've rated your application for the following reasons listed below:

 

Your warn history is only has one warn on file.

As with all the staff applications that I review I pull up your warning history.  This is the most important thing I look at to make up my mind on whether or not to +1/-1 someone.  Below is your warning history:

You have no history of RDM/prop blocking/breaking NLR.  This shows you have a good understanding of the game.  While you do have a warning for terror in a building I believe this is a learning opportunity.

 

Positive interactions with staff members in game.

After a few interactions with you ingame both as a player and a staff member, I can't think of one negative interaction with you.  I also see you on the server during time periods of low staffing.

+1 although you terror’d me in a building, I think you are a reasonable person and I do see you on often, the only thing I can say is get in discord more often and interact with people there. I do think you would be a good staff member, good luck!

-1 Your a fun person to play with however I believe you should get more time on the server and go over the rules more, today (4/17/2023) I had an incident with you where you killed 7+ People in front of the bank as a heavy gun dealer we talked about it briefly and you said you forgot to switch classes before raiding however you can't even start a raid as a dealer and you just started shooting people.  Like I said I would recommend getting more time on the server and getting caught up on all the rules
