Why do you want to be part of the staff team? (Must be relevant to the question and be 2 paragraphs minimum):

I want to be a part of the staff team because I enjoy helping people and enforcing the rules. I've been playing on this server for a while now and I've encountered a lot of mingers and rule breakers. I want to help shape the mindsets of these players so the community can play peacefully. I think with the right training, I would be fit and able to help players when they get rdmed or just help them use the tools that this server provides.

Throughout my days of playing on this Gmod server, I've seen a lot of fail bases and when I made sits, no one answered. There have been a lot of times like this where the server has been understaffed. I will help when there is no staff on and keep players from breaking rules and ruining other players day. I have a very good understanding of the rules and will help out as much as I can. I have good problem-solving skills and I think outside of the box. 

How long have you been on the server? (12 hours minimum in game time) [the more is better]: 1044 hours

Any past experience?: I've been an admin in a few Discord servers before.

What times are you usually on?: Weekdays 5pm-10pm Weekends 1pm-3am (these can be adjusted)

Do you understand and agree to the fact that if you are accepted you are going to have to put the server in front of your role-playing time?: Yes

= as of now. I do feel you can be a great staff member I do need to see change. I need you to be more active on the server and staying out of trouble. Help as many people as you can and show you're capable of being a staff member.

+1 I do believe Monkey Man would be helpful to the Blue Networks team. 

   If it was just based on his dedication to Blue Networks, activity, willpower, and stats, of course he seems like a qualified fit. However, being a Staff Member requires a lot of patience, maturity, and a good judge of character, as well as the ability to differentiate between a serious RP Situation, your common minge, and the "slight fuckery" that seems to be so normal on Blue Networks. Ive seen a pattern of immature players becoming staff lately and would like nothing more for somebody to break the chain.  Blue Networks Staff really do give the players the upper hand, and (more often than not) too many chances,but thats what seperates this server from the others and makes actual minges with nothing better to do want to play on it after theyre punished.
    If you are given the opportunity to be a staff member, I would try and focus on being a good influence for the community and I would try to prioritize Sits above RP. I know you enjoy helping players because you introduced me to a few RP Jobs before. This really showed me that youre willing to help new players and have enough patience to do so. But its more-so a question of whether youre willing to drop all the time youve put into Roleplaying, to help the community of Blue Networks. 
Alas, your patience and helpfulness really seems to make a big impression on me.
