Best staff application

I am looking to be a staff, i am 15, i am mostly active, I have been playing this server for a while now and i know that you need more mods so i am looking to be one. This is a great server, and as much as I do love playing on it, there is issues that people face that need to be dealt with by higher ups. Like I stated before, some staff are inactive at times or not present at all. Not only is staff presence an issue, but bias decisions towards players is also an issue that I myself have dealt with. I feel that I could potentially be a new pair of eyes to help deal with issues without any sense of bias towards a player. As a staff, I believe I can prove myself helpful to the player base of Blue Networks as well as the staff that allow it to run smoothly.

2. Messy application, questions not displayed, just answers. Answers/questions in the wrong order, as well as first question in the format un-answered, which is supposed to be your username. As well as no SteamID listed, just steam profile link.

3. Minor grammar mistakes in the first and only sentence you wrote your self.
