Why do you want to be part of the staff team? (Must be relevant to the question and be 2 paragraphs minimum):
I would like to be apart of your staff team for a number of reasons:
Firstly I've been playing this server for a while now and I really enjoy the people and the community of it. I want to help keep this community very enjoyable, and keep it fun for new players to play. I will be a responsible admin and make sure people follow the rules of the server, and have justified actions against rulebreakers. I will make sure to put the server before my playtime, by being responsible staff member. 

I can be a responsible person, and can do the right thing in stressful situations when dealing with reports. It'll be a new experience for me, but I would like to learn how to become a staff member for the server. I'm a nice and respectable person when it comes to dealing with other peoples problems. In conclusion, this is why I would like to be a staff member for the server.

I'm going to deny this app. I personally feel this could of been way better. It seems to me like you spent two minutes completing this application. If you don't give effort at least some into the application, how do we know you'll put effort towards being a staff member to the server? Please re-apply.
