Why do you want to be part of the staff team?: I want to make an impact on player experience by dealing with rule breaks as fast efficiently and as fair as possible. I also have a frequently changing sleep schedule so I can get on at peak times or at times when not many people are on including staff as I have ran into a lot of people breaking rules because no staff are currently online and they know people don’t want to go through the effort of externally reporting them so I could be the staff member they would need! As well as this I can be awake during peak times when all the reports flood in and can assist with the potentially large number of sits to disburse the workload over a larger area.

 

I also want to be part of the team as i have alot of spare time to fill and that means more on duty staff time!, I have also seen many new staff perform way under standard in the past, warning people out of spite and such and i would like to help minimise that to the best of my ability.

Any past experience?: I have previously been staff on Elitelupus Rp (I have messages of doing moderation stuff with someone I used to staff with as proof) (Left because the staff team were all bias and the rules were completley backwards)

What times are you usually on?: Im on whenever i can be which is often (i have alot of spare time)

Do you understand and agree to the fact that if you are accepted you are going to have to put the server in front of your role-playing time?: 100%
