Reason why you were punished: I believe it is due to how many warnings I have but most of them was like 1 year ago or 2 years ago.  I was called into a sit due to I forgot to do /advert party assist.

Describe the events leading up to your punishment here: I killed a person who was shooting at my party member, I forgot to do /advert Party assist so the guy called mod on me for RDM I guess. The moderator who handled the sit told me I wasnt going be punished and just told me to remember to advert next time. He never said I would

Provide additional comments or evidence here: I was given a perm rubber bullet I believe

I did take the sit. The thing that doesn't add up is the rubber bullets which was not given by me. 

I do remember telling you to advert it next time but never gave you rubber.
