xyquad
Weapon Enchantments is a new system in Blue Networks that lets you infuse guns with random effects. You could simply increase your damage or fire rate, or perhaps make your guns light people on fire for a second, or have infinite magazine size by consuming money instead of bullets. There are LOTS of enchantments, but also curses which you might roll instead of an enchantment if you're unlucky. The Basics The "Wizard" Job can purchase an Enchantment Altar. This is how you add enchantments to weapons. You need a single use gun. AKA, not a permanent gun. If you're upset at this then just think for one second. These enchantments are extremely powerful. You WANT to use a fully decked out gun. So all you need to do is... drop it and put it in your inventory when you're not using it. Pull it out when you're being raided and voila. Or just roll the soulbound perk which makes it essentially permanent... You simply press the "Roll" button for $25,000 to add a enchantment. What enchantments are there? Press F4 and click on Enchantments tab. When you roll an enchantment, you can choose to reroll it if you're not satisfied. The cost doubles each time so you might just want to abandon a weapon that gets poor rolls rather than throwing more and more money at it. Beware that the chance of rolling an enchantment goes up with each filled roll slot. Curses can be really, really bad, but you can reduce the chance of a curse with an Orb of Power found from world events like Antlion Defense. Also, the Wizard gets a cut of the money spent from other people rolling for enchantments. Decent way to get money from gambling addicts? Infusing Some enchantments have levels that increase the stats of the enchantment. You obviously want the highest tier but you probably won't get lucky. Instead, you can click the Infuse tab to level up the tier of an enchantment. This will cost Enchantment Essence. You can get essence from Arcane Nodes that rarely spawn around the map, or also from lootboxes or air drops. That's about it Link to comment
