alex.t.mn05
Username/IGN: alex.t.mn05 Steam ID [STEAM_0:1:225741807]: How old are you? [Must be 15 or older]: 20 years old At the time of this application (10/03/2005) Do you have a mic?: yes Do you have Discord?: yes Why do you want to be part of the staff team? [Must be relevant to the question and be at least 1 paragraph long]: The reason I’m applying is because I genuinely want to support my favorite server. I’ve been around for a long time not as long as some players, but long enough to experience both the good and the bad throughout my 1,800+ hours here. I’ve made mistakes, learned from them, and seen the server from different perspectives. What makes this server special is that it’s one of the few GMod servers that isn’t driven by pay-to-win mechanics. Everything is achievable without spending a single dollar, and that means a lot to me. Even when the server faces challenges, it continues to do something many other servers don’t. The owners have refused to give in to the greed that has affected so many communities, and that’s something I genuinely respect and want to support. I want to see this server succeed and become popular again. That’s why I’m offering myself as an experienced staff member. My previous staffing experience comes from a more serious PoliceRP community, where I learned the importance of fairness, professionalism, and responsibility. Although that chapter has come to an end, I believe I can bring what I learned here. This server has a tremendous amount of potential, and I want to be part of helping it grow. More importantly, it’s a community where people can feel like they belong, no matter how different they are. That sense of community is something I truly value, and it’s one of the biggest reasons I want to help protect and improve it. How long have you been on the server? [Must have at least 12 hours in-game time]: 1836 hours At the time of this application Do you have any past Garry's Mod staff experience?: yes (United Alliance | PoliceRP) What times are you usually on? [Include timezone]: Los Angeles, Pacific time zone As a staff member, you will have to put the server in front of your role-playing time. Do you accept and agree to this?: yes Link to comment
alex.t.mn05
Can’t really hold that against me things have changed a lot me and the co-owner are chill now And please know the context before you actually like make claims if I was still mad at that I would’ve not applied. I just wanna support a server and if you guys have to deny for something that I changed my mind over in a long time ago then it’s fine. I’ll just support the server by continuing to actually stay online and be active. when I can Also, those messages were like years ago and I did mention that I made mistakes in the past with actual application 1 2 Link to comment
Pulsoid50
-1 Do Not Agree. Allow me to explain: From what I've seen from you for a very long time, you seem to like to hound people. When my group broke off from yours, you immediately became hostile and would raid me every time the cooldown was over. You have wanted to "revive" the server using ideas from "CityRP servers" and other servers. Skilled builders and passionate people have built the map that has become BlueNetworks RP today, and why should we throw away a unique, optimized map for a sloppy cityrp map that's used by servers that have 30 GB worth of addons for anime skins and weapons that are pay-to-win? I don't think you're fit for admin. I'll be honest. When I acted like you, I wasn't deemed fit either. 1 Link to comment

alex.t.mn05
Thank you for bringing this to my attention I respectfully disagree with several of the characterizations made in your statement, as I do not believe they accurately reflect the events or my intentions. Some of the points raised are based on personal interpretations rather than objective facts. Regardless, I do not believe this discussion is relevant to evaluating my suitability for a staff position. My personal opinions regarding potential changes to the server are simply opinions, and they should not be interpreted as an indication of how I would perform as a staff member. If accepted, I would carry out my responsibilities professionally, impartially, and in accordance with the server’s rules and staff guidelines. I would not allow personal disagreements or differing opinions to influence my decisions or interactions with members of the community. I ask that my application be evaluated based on my ability to perform the responsibilities of the role, my conduct while serving as staff, and my willingness to follow established procedures, rather than on disagreements over personal opinions or differing views about the server’s direction. A Blue Circle
❌ STAFF APPLICATION DENIED ❌ After a thorough investigation consisting of reading the application, surviving the avalanche of inspirational speeches, and recovering from the sheer amount of "I care about the community" paragraphs, the staff team has reached a devastating conclusion: No. This application has been denied. While we appreciate the applicant taking the time to write what appears to be a motivational speech that belongs more in a corporate LinkedIn post than a Garry's Mod staff application, unfortunately we were unable to locate the most important requirement for a staff member: Actual staff suitability. Having 1,800+ hours does not grant automatic ownership of the server, a golden staff badge, or the divine ability to solve every problem that walks through the server door. Hours played are impressive, but so is the amount of time some people have spent staring at a microwave waiting for their food to heat up. Time invested does not automatically equal qualification. The application repeatedly mentions "experience," "fairness," "professionalism," and "protecting the community," which are all wonderful words. Unfortunately, words are free. Every applicant can write a novel about how they are the next great guardian of the server. The difficult part is proving it without needing a 500-word autobiography explaining why everyone should trust them. A staff member is not a superhero. They are not the main character. They are not the chosen one arriving from the ancient lands of PoliceRP to restore balance to DarkRP. The job is simple: handle problems, remain unbiased, avoid unnecessary drama, and understand that the server does not revolve around one person's personal vision of greatness. We appreciate the confidence. We appreciate the passion. We appreciate the beautifully crafted essay explaining why this person is the missing puzzle piece required to save the server from destruction. Unfortunately, after review, the puzzle piece appears to be from a completely different puzzle. Please continue playing as a regular member of the community. Continue enjoying the server. Continue demonstrating maturity, teamwork, and reliability without a staff rank attached to your name. If the staff team needs someone to write a 10-paragraph speech about why they should become staff, we now know exactly who to contact. Thank you for applying. - Blue Networks Staff Team Link to comment
