- Add a form of bank boost back:

    * Only battery boost & auto-recharge (if you can afford it).

    * The person that has withdrawn last from it will be the one who recharges it to prevent the owner having to pay for it if they have sold their printers.

- Add a mayoral check-in so they have to return to PD and be active (every 20 minutes).

    * Using computer/city safe automatically fulfills this.

- Honeybun SWEP now has proper models, is actually on fire when being thrown, and is a realistic size along with a longer cooldown.

- Fix timers in F4 Actions not actually working.

- Add /suggest, which allows you to post suggestions in-game.

- Fix scoreboard showing time achievements when your hours are hidden.

- Fix honeybuns floating on water.

- Fix scratch ticket particle errors.

- Fix vote/question text wrapping.
