Please describe the event that led up to the ban: I am writing to inquire about the recent increase in my ban from the server. As you may recall, I was originally banned for one week due to a violation of the server's rules. However, I recently discovered that my ban has been increased to a lifetime ban, without any explanation or notification. I am very concerned about this sudden change and would like to understand the reasoning behind it. I take the rules of the server very seriously and always strive to abide by them. If there was an additional violation that warranted a lifetime ban, I would like to know what it was so that I can learn from my mistake and ensure that it does not happen again in the future. I kindly request that you provide me with a detailed explanation for this sudden increase in my ban. I understand that server administration can be a difficult and thankless job, but I hope that we can work together to find a fair and reasonable solution to this matter.

 

Why should this appeal be accepted: I understand that my behavior may have been inappropriate and led to my initial ban, but I strongly believe that a permanent ban is an excessive and unfair punishment. I acknowledge that I made a mistake, and I have taken the time to reflect on my actions and the impact they had on the community. I can assure you that I am genuinely remorseful and that I will do everything in my power to ensure that I do not repeat the same mistake. I believe that I have been an active and positive member of the community, and that my contributions have helped to make the server a better place. I would like to be given a chance to make things right and to continue being a part of this wonderful community. I understand that the server's rules are in place to ensure the safety and well-being of all members, and I fully respect and support these rules. I kindly ask that you consider my plea for an unbanning and allow me the opportunity to rejoin the community. I promise that I will make every effort to prove that I am a responsible and respectful member of the community.

Were any of my following statements that were made in the ban appeals that have been summitted incorrect? I have still listed all the evidence needed for the staff members of the server to rightfully make the right decision and promptly correct the mistake that was made. I should of not had my ban extended to the current time that it was mistakenly extended to. I have done nothing wrong as even stated by one of the very staff members that came to the decision to ban me. What was told to me was, "I will admit that your comments were not as explicit and inappropriate as we normally would punish for. At the very least, I would like you to take these 7 days and use them to reflect on your actions so you may hopefully come to the same conclusion that we did." The fact that the staff members of this community then proceeded to extend the period of time I was being punished for, without any rhyme or reason, is astonishing to me. The fact that you yourself, a respected staff member of the community, went out of their way to Chat GPT check my descriptive and explanatory ban appeal rather than try to resolve the situation in the appropriate manner is baffling and honestly, just down right saddening. It gives the server an impression that the staff are very immature and straight up childish. You are supposed to be role models for the rest of the community yet the actions you have taken today seem to prove otherwise. As I have already stated many times now, I was wrongfully banned for not breaking any of the following rules listed within your MOTD, therefore, I should not be getting punished the way I am. If you would like to respond in the correct tone and actually work towards solving the problem at hand, it would be very much appreciated.
