It has been my dream to be a staff member and be kind to other people within the community. Also I am really interested in being staff so that I am able to help out the server for a long time and make it a good place for everyone. It is my honor to be a staff member here and would appreciate it if yall gave me a chance as a staff member. I've always liked helping people out, talking to them, and solving any problems they have. These are the reasons why I want to become a staff member for this server. I love the community on this server as they are kind people and respectable. I love how I can freely talk without people changing words from my mouth and would love to help out new people on the server that need help. I would help the staff team grow by being more active and recommending people that would make great staff to apply and help them out. I would love to help the community grow and do some fun stuff as a GM and mod on the server to make everyone have a great time. What interests me in being staff in this server is helping out the server, being a part of a staff team, being dedicated to the server, and helping out the community What are some qualities that make you a good staff member? One of my traits is my honesty because I don’t lie and I am not biased towards anyone in the server. Another one of my traits is my critical thinking so I can solve problems by seeing how they are dealt with or if it has been explained by a staff member or community member. Another trait of mine is collaboration so I work well with others and love to help others when I can. If there are cases where I have to do something individually I can still do it really well. I am really good at problem solving because I would hear both sides of the story, check logs, and I would figure the problem out. I am really reliable because I am on the server a lot and always willing to help everyone. I am dedicated to the staff team so I can help the staff team with their sits and problems in the server like RDM, RDA, metagaming, and cheating/rule breaking. I want to help the server out so it can get more players and become not only a full server but a full server with no minges. I am dedicated to this community because they deserve more stuff like different types of events, not just the same one over and over as they have been doing for a good bit now. I want to make this community happy so they can have a lot of fun and have a great time on the server. Also I want to make everyone in this community experience this server to the fullest.
