The job is simple: handle problems, remain unbiased, avoid unnecessary drama, and understand that the server does not revolve around one person's personal vision of greatness. We appreciate the confidence. We appreciate the passion. We appreciate the beautifully crafted essay explaining why this person is the missing puzzle piece required to save the server from destruction.
